    That didn’t take long.

While an unlucky sect of South Florida is awaiting restoration of their power after an indirect hit from Hurricane Irma — full restoration isn’t expected until Tuesday, per FPL — our blockbuster real estate scene appears to be back in full swing with our first monster listing in a while.

An oceanfront mansion in Palm Beach owned by notable philanthropist Mary Montgomery just hit the market over the weekend asking $46 million.

The seven-bedroom compound on 2.5 acres features 300 feet of ocean frontage and 300 feet of lake frontage, while measuring a mind-blowing 24,000 square feet under air. There are 22 rooms, 11 bathrooms, multiple pools, ponds, and elaborate gardens.

The estate was designed by Addison Mizner in 1923 and is among the five priciest residences on the market in Palm Beach. Montgomery is the widow of Robert Montgomery, a renowned lawyer who passed away in 2008.

The property last sold for $3.25 million in 1988.
