With the Playboy Mansion selling for $100 million to its neighbor at a whopping $100 million under ask, per the Wall Street Journal, Le Palais Royal in Hillsboro Beach again becomes the most expensive home for sale in the United States, listed at $159 million.

The 60,000-square-foot estate modeled after the Palace of Versailles in Paris is expected to be finished in November.

Among it’s grocery list of standout features is the 500 feet of oceanfront and its entertainment complex, the latter housing an ice-skating rink, casino, nightclub, bowling alley, and Star Wars-themed go-kart track, joining the world’s first home IMAX theater and a 1,300-gallon saltwater aquarium wall.
